    Heavily Padded with Little Real Content

    Over half of this book's 300+ pages is pure padding to get it up to what I assume is the minimum thickness demanded by the "Dummies" editors. Worse still, the author continually insults readers' intelligence with cute sentences such as this one: "Fractionation is a scary sounding word, but you may be relieved to know that this isn't turning you into a Humpty-Dumpty type character, where you shatter into pieces and have to be put back together again." Really? Just about every page has similar silly language.

    It's a shame that what might be useful information is buried under a mountain of fluff.

    I have begun to read it and am trying to use the instructions. I have already learned to avoid giving negative instructions to my subconcious mind. This is critically and fundamentally important to me.
